Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Straße mit Straßenbahn und lautem Verkehr.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolles Eiscafe.
Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig. Wir haben Müslischüssel gebraucht, die wir besorgt haben und dann dort gelassen haben. Auch Tassen und Teelöffel gabs nur sehr wenige. Man sollte Ohropax dabei haben, denn die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. die Anweisung, wie man an den Schlüssel kommt, waren sehr ausführlich. Somit war man ungebunden an die An- bzw. Abreisezeit.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terrasse (nicht inklusive, aber da). Ruhiger Hinterhof. Nähe zum See und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gute Größe für zwei Personen. Ausstattung okay, alles, was man braucht. Schnelle, gute und klare Kommunikation. Gut zu finden.
Irreführender Titel: Nicht "gemütlich". In Wirklichkeit grau in grau, dunkel, fast düster vom Boden bis zum Mobiliar. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße - vielbefahren plus Straßenbahn - ist viel zu laut. Zum Glück gibt es eine Alternative, weniger bequem, aber okay: das Ausklappsofa im Wohnzimmer zum Hof. Badtür schleift unten und lässt sich nur schwer schließen.
