Easy to rent. Cleaning not so much. Maybe the wiping of frequently touched items the patio door was filthy, dead bugs on patio ceiling. Plumbing very poor drained very slow in shower and sink. We didn't use the dishwasher. View and proximity to the beach fabulous. Outdated TV. Unable to cast from our phones. Upstairs tenants very loud all hours of day and night. They were pretty much the only neighbors we had. Most of the units were empty.

What a cute and cozy little place. It was perfect for us! Loved the view, the location right on the beach and the overall decor and cleanliness.
