About this house rental
At this beginning of the 18 farmstead already was. Century settled. I have purchased the property with the court in 1995 and since then completely rebuilt. Thus, over time 2 completely separated from each other houses under one roof entstanden- the front part to myself bewohne- is ready since 2005 and the rear, to be rented part is ready since 2015.
The Aland is a tributary of the Elbe and the house is on a so-called. Mound on dike height in an idyllic location in a conservation area. The garden is large over an acre, planted with mature trees and the river opportunity ideal for swimming.
Here you really find peace.
The area is wonderful for children.
The living area of the house to be rented has 90 square meters. The house is equipped as follows:
Hall with wardrobe, roll-in shower with WC, bidet and washbasin. Towels and toilet paper are included in the rent.
Large living room with terrace and access to the garden with picnic tables, benches and garden chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery pots, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar spices and kitchen towels. Ready for cooking. There is a sound system and HD TV with a large movie collection, as well as W-Lan.
Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with 2 double beds and a large desk. Linen provided.
The house has a wall heater and thus a very pleasant room climate.
The Altmark is very well served by cycle paths. On the Aland and the Elbe dike, you can take long walks or bike rides through untouched nature. Interestingly, the next place Wahrenberg on the Elbe. A must for the observation of storks.
The Romanesque Route invites to visit Europe's oldest churches.
The city Havelberg, are currently undergoing the Federal Garden Show is 30 kilometers away.
Interesting cities and Tangermünde Stendal.
Bad Wilsnack is 20 kilometers away, where there is a wide range of applications and a wellness - bath.
The town Wittenberge is 10 kilometers away. Hourly, from where trains to Berlin and Hamburg. Travel time to Berlin 1 hour to Hamburg 1:20.
In Wittenberg there are numerous supermarkets and shops for shopping.
