Quiet location on the edge of the park
ENCLOSED GARDEN with lots of privacy: Covered terrace with dining table, chairs and covered cozy seating area, sun loungers, rocking chair, outdoor grill, herb garden (may be used by our guests) and a small fountain
INTERIOR:
- Well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and combined oven / microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle.
- Modern shower room with walk-in shower
- 2 bedrooms (1x double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames with access to the balcony, 1 x 2 single beds)
- Living room: Large cozy corner couch, flat screen TV with satellite and cable connection, DVD and CD player, numerous novels, board games
Storage room: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron,
FOR THE LITTLE: Upstairs, high chair, cot (up to 3 years), beach toys, children's books, various toys, puzzles
The house is located in the middle of a holiday park with all amenities such as a shopping center, restaurant, covered swimming pool with separate pool for the little ones, slide in the large pool and with a large outdoor slide, playgrounds, bike rental etc., tennis courts, basketball court, bocce court, mini golf, children's activities. The house is only 500m from Grevelingen beach. Up to the 21 km long North Sea beach it is approx. 6 km.
Ideal for a relaxed and varied or active vacation for families and water sports enthusiasts.
Sunny Zeeland: Schouwen-Duiveland is the northernmost part of Zeeland and is known for the length (21 km in total) and cleanliness of the beaches. Statistics have also shown that this area has the most hours of sunshine a year. The stands on Schouwen-Duiveland have been given the 'blue flag' for years. This award is only given if there are certain requirements for water quality, cleanliness and safety. The Grevelingenmeer is also very popular with surfers, divers and also suitable for other water sports. This was created by the Grevelingen and Brouwers dams.
Interesting: Various picturesque and historical towns are worth highlighting here: Zierikzee, Renesse, Brouwershaven etc.
to visit: the Vordelta (where man meets nature), Neeltje Jans (exhibition with lots of information about the 'Delta' conservation project, also very interesting for children), the Delta Works.
Large forest and dune area, which is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
The coastline is divided into different beach sections: family beaches (beach pavilion and surveillance by the rescue brigade in season) / water and sports beaches on Brouwersdam (extreme sports buggy kiting, stunt kite climbing) / families / water and sports beaches (a mixture of both) / natural beaches (recreation and calm, nude bathing is allowed in different areas).
Arrival and departure: Arrival: Saturdays 3 p.m.
Departure: Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Minimum rental period: 1 week

Das Haus befindet sich im Landal Park Port Greve am westlichen Rand des Parks in insgesamt sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus mit seinem kleinen Garten ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Von dem Balkon auf der oberen Etage hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf ein Feld. Wir wurden am morgen meist von einer Möwe begrüßt, die sich auf einer Straßenlaterne niedergelassen hatte.
Das Objekt wurde von den Eigentümern (nicht Landal Park) selbst eingerichtet und wohl häufig selbst genutzt. Man merkt dies an vielen Stellen. Sei es am geschmackvoll eingerichteten Garten, der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, dem schönen Wohnbereich und den guten Betten, zumindest im (Eltern-)Schlafzimmer. Zu den Betten im (Kinder-) bzw. 2. Schlafzimmer ist anzumerken, dass diese Kinderbetten sind. Ab einer Körpergröße von 1,80 m wird es eng.
Wenn man einen Makel formulieren möchte, so ist dies vielleicht die Lage am Grevelingenmeer. Bis zum wunderschönen Sandstrand der Nordsee in Renesse sind es ca. 6 bis 10 km. Aber mit dem Fahrrad auf den mehr als gut ausgebauten Radwegen hat man dann gleich sein kleines Sportprogramm absolviert. :-)
Fazit für uns: Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in dem Objekt verlebt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollte uns unser Reiseziel wieder in diese Gegend führen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.
