Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and electric water boiler.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite. Over a hundred programs in Croatian, German, English, Russian and other languages.

Vrsi. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking on the property.

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants waren auch alle in 5-15 Minuten zu erlaufen.
Der Garten mit seinen Feigenbäumen und dem Wein zum frisch ernten waren auch gut. Was nicht gut war ist der technische Zustand des Hauses. Die Abflüsse in der Küche waren stark verstopft. Gartenmöbel zur Hälfte beschädigt.
