The detached holiday home, built in 2000, is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 7 sqm, not heatable and with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Vrsi, district Mulo, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 70 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property and the street in front of the house.
