Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden 500 m2 with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Apr. - 30.Nov.), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning daily on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Die idyllische Lage fast direkt am „Privatstrand“, das schöne Grundstück mit einem herzlichen Gastgeber laden zum Abschalten und Entspannen direkt bei Ankunft ein. Spezialitäten zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns in der Küche der urigen Unterkunft.

L'immobile si trova effettivante vista mare e già questo vale il pernottamento. La struttura rivela gli anni di costruzione ma è ben tenuta. Molti gli spazi esterni nei quali rilassarsi con sullo sfondo il rumore delle onde del mare o per cucinare al barbecue. Il sig. A è gentilissimo e disponibile nel fornire informazioni utili. Spiaggia di Marina di Modica a 5 minuti di cammino.

Celkový přístup majitele objektu byl velmi vstřícný. Umožnil nám i dřívější příjezd na objekt. Nejlépe hodnotíme lokalitu, především přístup na pláž, klidné okolí a velkou terasu se zahradou. Stav celého objektu, ale nebyl dobrý. Doporučil bych revizi objektu - díra ve dveřích, díry v sítích proti hmyzu "vyspravené" hadrou, uvolněné zásuvky apod. Stav a čistotu venkovní kuchyně a sprchového koutu radši nekomentuji. Standart kvality ubytování je dnes už opravdu jiný.
