"A Dimora ri Nenè" Vacation Rental

Just a few steps from the sea and the center of Marina di Modica lies “A Dimora ri Nenè,” a charming summer residence for vacation rentals located on the first floor of a small apartment building. The house, recently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail, features a large terrace, a kitchen with an oven, a living room with an adjacent sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom featuring a shower, a hair dryer, a toilet, and toiletries, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with the option of adding a safety gate for children upon request.

DIMORA RI NENE is equipped with all the amenities: satellite TV, air conditioning/heat pump, a state-of-the-art washing machine, a kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware, flower pots, a mop, various tablecloths, towels, and an umbrella, as well as parking for cars and motorcycles in the private courtyard. In addition, the house will be equipped with: an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, laundry and bathroom supplies, and cleaning products.

Your stay at “A Dimora ri Nenè” will allow you not only to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation but also to visit the nearby Baroque towns (UNESCO World Heritage Sites) that have become famous thanks to the TV series *Il Commissario Montalbano*, such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, and Noto. Other coastal towns include Pozzallo (5 km), from which the island of Malta is easily accessible, as well as Marzamemi and Sampieri. and sites of archaeological and natural interest such as Cava Ispica, Vendicari, and Capo Passero.
The town center, easily accessible on foot (about 350 meters), features a supermarket, butcher shops, tobacco shops, a pharmacy, and numerous ice cream parlors. You’ll also find a bike path (about 500 meters) that connects Marina di Modica to Sampieri, an amphitheater where you can enjoy evening movie screenings and open-air theater performances, and just 3 km from a paragliding field with a paragliding school. The area is easily accessible from Comiso Airport, which is just 35 km away.
Rates include electricity, water, natural gas, use of the kitchen and dishes, and initial and final cleaning. (Bed linens and towels cost €5.00 per person for the entire stay.)
