About this house rental
Serene villa with large pool (6*12m) set in private, parklike grounds (1ha). This stunning property spans 3 levels and is surrounded by native forest offering privacy and tranquility. The fully equipped main house is situated on the upper level.
The recently build ‘Refugium’ below features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Large bifold doors open to a beautiful terrace.
Just below is the expansive pool area featuring seating area, sunloungers, 2 outdoor showers, palmtrees and views across the surrounding hills. The adjacent poolhouse includes another smaller bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sauna. The fully equipped kitchen and large pergola with genourous seating make this the perfect spot for entertaining, relaxing or romantic dinners.
The gardens below invite you for a leisurely walk, or how about a game of Boule/Petanque under the shadows of the sycamore trees?
Golfing and Flying: The domaine de terre blanche is rated as one of europes most beautiful golf resorts, designed by the renown dave thomas, one of the worlds leading golf course architects. The luxurious grounds (2 x 18 hole courses) get 300 days of sunshine a year and In addition, you can enjoy the benefits of the latest technologies from Biomecaswing and probably the most well-know golf academy of all.
From February to April gliders can try their skills at lenticular wave flying at Fayance’s famous aerodrome. At other times crosscountry ventures into the nearby alps offer rewarding gliding experiences.

Wir haben soeben 14 Tage in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Es gibt wirklich nichts, was ich beanstanden könnte. Alles war perfekt organisiert und man hat einen sehr netten persönlichen Kontakt zu dem Besitzer, Herrn Kleinsorge, der einem im Vorfeld nochmal alles schriftlich erklärt.
Das Haupthaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich schnell heimisch. Alles, was man als Familie benötigt, ist vorhanden und das gleich zweimal, denn am Pool direkt gibt es noch eine zweite "Sommerküche".
Meine Tochter hat mit ihrem Freund im kleinen Nebenhaus gewohnt und sie waren sehr happy dort. Einige Stufen tiefer liegt der wunderschöne riesige Pool mit dem fantastischen Ausblick in die Wälder. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Park. Der wirklich weitläufige Garten ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt genügend gemütliche Sitzecken oder Liegen. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr dort weg und würden herzlich gerne wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Wie schon in den vergangenen Jahren sind wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht worden. In Petitsouci findet man alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen, komplett ausgestattet: Schöne Gebäude, ein weitläufiges gepflegtes Grundstück, ein Riesenpool, zwei Küchen, eine direkt am Pool mit Grill und vieles mehr. Hier kann man mit Freunden und Kindern herrliche Ferien verbringen. Seillans ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit sympathischem Flair, wo man übrigens auch sehr gut essen gehen kann.
Petitsouci ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

auch diesmal war unser Aufenthalt in der PetitSouci sehr erholsam und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schöne Ferienanlage ... alles klasse.

Villa en pleine nature, bien équipée et très confortable. Son atout majeur est sa magnifique piscine qui est dotée d'une cuisine d'été bien équipée qui nous a permis de passer d'agréables soirées.
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette maison qui ne mérite pas son nom : "Le petit souci " à rebaptiser : "Le petit bonheur" !
