New - Spacious, cozy holiday home in rural western Ruegen on two floors (85 m2) for 4 people (2 additional sleeping options, for example, for larger children in the cozy pointed floor (accessible via a ladder).
Modern country house kitchen and living area with large couch for lounging, TV and fireplace. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 180x200cm and 140x200cm wide) on the gallery on the upper floor and mentioned pointed floor.
Exclusive, large bathroom with underfloor heating, tub, floor-level rain shower, towel dryer, toilet, urinal and washing machine; an additional guest toilet on the gallery. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Sun terrace with wooden seating and awning, 2 loungers, garden. 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
Ganschvitz, a district of Trent, is located in the northwest of the island of Rügen, between Udarser Wiek and Breetzer Bodden on the way to Schaprode on the historic Heringsstraße. Since the beginning of the 14th Century, Trent was an important agricultural and commercial center. In the middle is the Romanesque church, which was built around 1400. There are many old manor houses in the vicinity. Classic excursion destinations such as Cape Arkona or the island of Hiddensee are not far away. A bus stop is within walking distance.

Die Straße davor sehr befahren, daher fürs Fahrradfahren nicht optimal.

Gut Ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus.
Sehr schönes und großes Bad im EG.
Kleiner Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.
Für „besonders agile“ Kinder etwas wenig Platz im Garten.
Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Objekt
auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist schön, liegt außerhalb an einer Straße, die aber nachts wenig befahren ist.
Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Ferienwohnung schön aus, allerdings lief schon der Check-In leider nicht sehr reibungslos ab, da wir keinen Code erhalten hatten und die Handynummer vom Vermieter nur in der App und nicht über einen Browser zu finden war.
Die Möbel sind veraltet, der Küchentisch klebt, die Ecken der Wohnung sind nicht gesäubert worden und der Wäscheständer ist schief.
Am allerschlimmsten war, dass das Kabel vom Staubsauger nicht in Ordnung war, was wir aber erst festgestellt haben, nachdem unser Kleinkind ein Stromschlag erlitten hat, weil es das Kabel angepackt hat. Wir haben Verständnis dafür, dass nicht alles kontrolliert werden kann, aber Elektrogeräte sollten ordnungsgemäß funktionieren.
