About this house rental

Dear prospective customers,

Bed linen (€ 13.00 pp) and towels (€ 7.00 pp) can be rented
are not included in the rental prices shown.
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
Complete equipment that leaves nothing to be desired.
Approximately 80 sqm living / usable space for 5 - 6 people.
Ground floor: hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom m. WC and shower
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed), cot and high chair free of charge, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm.
For the 6th Pers. comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
Sun terrace approx. 4x5 m plus small garden (lawn), garden furniture available.
The terrace cannot be seen from the front and rear due to planting.
In front of the house there is a parking space on the property.
Behind the house there is a large approx. 300 sqm garden with a swing and sandpit and a barbecue area.
Garden shed for storing bicycles
W-LAN internet available, free of charge.
Approximately 400 m to the beach / North Sea lagoon as well as to the center with various shops.
Approximately 200 m to the children's play barn.

In the main season (end of June to end of August) we rent weekly, i.e. 7, 14 days etc. The arrival / departure on Saturday, by arrangement also on Sunday.
The price shown is for an occupancy of 5 people.
For the 6th Person surcharge € 15 per night.

Uns erwartete ein kleines, gemütliches Häuschen mit Terrasse und direkt angrenzenden Spielplatz. Das Haus ist mit einem geräumigen Bad in der unteren Etage ausgestattet. Oben befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Eine großzügige Sitzecke und ein Esstisch unten im Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht ( Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen...) Babybett und Hochstuhl waren vor Ort. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist super. Der kleine Ort mit Indoor Spielhalle, Bowlingcenter, Restaurants und kleinen Souvenir Läden sowie Strand, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Edeka und Netto befinden sich ebenfalls nicht allzu weit entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die man sehr gut jederzeit erreichen konnte. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Zu empfehlen !

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Für einen Urlaub in Burhave sollte man allerdings ein Auto oder ähnliches zur Verfügung haben.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war alles wunderbar. Lediglich der Esstisch war für 6 Leute etwas klein, da man ihn nicht ausziehen konnte. Der Rest war aber super! Wir würden wieder kommen. :-)

Wir haben uns lange auf den Urlaub gefreut. Umso größer ist am Ende die Enttäuschung. Wenn man eine Ferienwohnung bucht, versorgt man sich ja in der Regel selbst mit essen. Leider ist der Kühlschrank so am Ende gewesen, dass er nicht mehr richtig gekühlt hat, da die Tür nicht mehr vernünftig schließt (Scharnier kaputt und Tür verzogen). Es war umso ärgerlicher, als das dieser Zustand schon von Gästen vor uns bemängelt wurde. Wir haben die Besitzerin umgehend drauf aufmerksam gemacht und erfahren, dass nach der Saison eine neue Küche kommt, da der Kühlschrank irreparabel sei. Hat uns nur leider nicht sehr geholfen. Nach zweimaligem vernichten der Lebensmittel sind wir dann auch eher abgereist. Die Sauberkeit war überwiegend gegeben. Die Konversation mit der Eigentümerin gestaltete sich im Vorfeld als unmöglich, da die Kontaktdaten nicht stimmten. Auch hierauf haben wir aufmerksam gemacht. Nachdem wir geschrieben haben, dass wir aus diversen genannten Gründen früher abreißen, haben wir auch nichts mehr von ihr gehört. Alles in allem ein unentspannter Urlaub für uns und für diese Preis/ Leistung definitiv überteuert. Schade!
