This bright and friendly furnished FH is characterized by a dreamlike equipment.
Ground floor: kitchen, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and waffle maker, all necessary utensils & many extras. Combined living and dining room, stereo, large 3D LED TV with blue ray player, dining area with high chair, double sofa bed. Spacious bathroom, handicapped friendly with walk-in shower. Fly screens available. All doors on the ground floor are extra wide. Terrace with small garden incl. Table, 6 chairs & 1 couch incl. Cushions, parasol and grill in the existing storage room.
Free WiFi connection throughout the house.
Upper floor: bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, television and DVD player. Fly screens available. Bedroom with 4 single beds, large wardrobe, television, radio / CD player and various toys. Generous bathroom with shower. Sufficient storage space. The stairs are secured by a stair gate. A separate cot, plus an additional mattress, is available.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und Nähe zum Strand. Viele Spielplätzen für die Kleinen vorhanden. Das Haus war bei Einzug leider nicht sehr sauber. Begründung: Viel zu tun!

störend:
1. W-LAN funktionierte nicht überall reibungslos oder fiel öfter aus. Unsere Töchter mokierten, dass es um 2 Uhr nachts anscheinend abgeschaltet wird (von mir nicht nachgeprüft)
2. die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt, sondern nur "ok"; der Gartenschuppen war vollkommen verschmutzt, auf dem Grill war noch die Kohle des Vormieters, leere Kohlensäcke lagen herum, alles unaufgeräumt (kaputte Eimer, kaputte Käscher etc. --> positiv: auf meinen Hinweis hin wurde eine Nachreinigung angeboten; eine monierte fehlende Grillzange wurde nach knapp einer Woche ersetzt.
3. der "Kleiderschrank" im Dachgeschoss ist ein Witz, max. 30 cm tief. Dabei wäre eigentlich oben viel Platz
4. die Wohnung wird beworben mit kostenlosem Zugang ins Hallenbad. Auf meine Frage bei der Schlüsselabholung wurde mir gesagt, dass ich mit der Kurkarte kostenlos ins Hallenbad käme. Nur ist das Hallenbad wohl schon die ganze Zeit (aufgrund Corona) geschlossen. Das Aqua Mundo hat aber offen, das scheint dann wohl nur Bequemlichkeit zu sein. Hier sollte der Hinweis in der Wohnungsbeschreibung angepasst werden und die Hausverwaltung sollte bei der Schlüsselabholung Bescheid wissen
Neutral: die Wohnung ist für sechs Personen absolut in Ordnung. Es gäbe zwar acht Schlafmöglichkeiten, nur fehlt mir die Fantasie, wie alle acht an einem Tisch Platz haben sollen. Die Couch im Wohnbereich ist für sechs zu klein. Die Küche ist klein, funktional und gut ausgestattet. Der Gartenanteil ist sehr klein und kompakt. Die Schlafräume waren absolut in Ordnung, gut und sinnvoll waren die Fliegengitter. Auch die Bäder / Duschen sind gut dimensioniert.
Zusammenfassend: für die Kinder war das schlechte W-LAN der größte Mangel, aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung für sechs Personen / drei Schlafzimmer passabel. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand ist top.
