The detached holiday home, built in 2002, is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a lively area. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Shorter stays in the low and shoulder seasons possible upon request.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location
Csopak. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house next to the vineyard. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.
