The completed apartment No. 1 in the apartment house "Residenz am Rosengarten" is about 30 square meters and suitable for up to 3 people.
The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of a combined living room and bedroom, an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace with garden furniture. It is designed with an allergy-friendly parquet floor.
In winter 2015/2016 the entire apartment including Bathroom renovated.
The kitchenette has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker.
In the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet there are various storage options and a hairdryer.
The modern and high quality sofa bed as well as the armchair bed offer maximum sleeping comfort. They can be quickly and easily converted into comfortable beds with their own mattress and slatted frame.
The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio / CD player.
A free WiFi connection is available to access the Internet.
Garden furniture and parasols invite you to linger on the terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests and are already included in the total price.

Zusammen mit meiner 3-jährigen Enkelin durfte ich in Ihrem Studio eine wunderbare Ferienwoche erleben. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich problemlos. Gleich vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns in der sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung heimisch. Für uns waren die nahe Lage zum Strand, der kurze Weg zum Inselmarkt sowie der Kinderspielplatz gleich vor der Wohnung besondere Pluspunkte.
Fazit: Es fehlte uns an Nichts und selbst das Wetter zeigte sich von seiner besten Seite.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist Gut. Wir waren zwar im August da, aber es hat leider viel Geregnet. Die Kellerwohnung ist recht klamm. Trotz großer Fenster kommt wenig Licht rein. Handtücher trocknen war schon schwierig.
