This spacious holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house in the north of Lopar, just 150 m from the sandy beach. The house is situated on the outskirts of the town on a quiet street, surrounded by shady pine and pine forest, and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed beach holiday with the whole family.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms for up to five people on 70 m² of living space, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a living area with an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, kettle, and filter coffee machine. The living area features a TV couch, satellite TV, WiFi, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and a baby cot is available upon request.
The 15 m² terrace offers a dreamlike sea view, a table with chairs for five people and a parasol. Here you can let the day end in a relaxed manner with a view of the beach and the green surroundings.
Directly at the house, a garage and a private parking space are available. Pets are not permitted, and a washing facility is available.
