This spacious holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in the north of Lopar, just 150 metres from the fine sandy beach. Situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by pine and pine forest, it is ideal for families and anyone looking for relaxation in a near-natural environment.
On 70 m² of living space, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as an open living area with kitchen, dining area and cosy TV couch. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine – ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge, as is heating for the cooler months.
The large, covered terrace with sea view invites you to relax and dine outdoors with its table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the view of the sea and the green surroundings – a perfect place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to end it with a glass of wine.
The house offers a private, free parking space directly on the property as well as a garage. Laundry facilities are available to guests for a fee. Pets are not permitted out of consideration for other guests. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
