About this house rental

Nestled in gentle hills, wide fields and lush meadows, the holiday home half De Reetdach Kaat is very close to the beautiful beaches of the Hohwacht Bay. An ideal basis for a varied holiday. Whether you enjoy the cultural offerings of the region, play golf, sailing, experience culinary highlights or just want to spend a few relaxing hours in your garden. The listed thatched roof kate, together with the large garden and the old trees, offers you a refuge that you will rarely find. Built around 1850, the house has since been extensively renovated and modernized.

When you enter the Kaate you get directly into the impressive hall with its 3 meter high ceilings. There is u. a. the antique dining table and a tiled stove, which provides cozy warmth on cold days. In addition, there is a living room with satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with washing machine and a separate kitchen, equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. In the spacious garden you can relax in the deckchair or fire up the existing grill and prepare the fresh Baltic fish, which you can still buy directly from the cutter in the marina in Lippe, just 3 kilometers away.

Wir waren von Anfang an hin und weg, das Haus wurde sehr schoen modernisiert und stilvoll und mit hochwertigen Gegenstaenden eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist gross und gut gepflegt und die Terrasse gemuetlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt genug Platz fuer Familien oder groessere Gruppen und das Fernsehzimmer oben im Dach ist super gemuetlich. Ein rundum tolles Ferienhaus, das sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Wir haben uns in der alten Kate sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Räume sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz bei Regenwetter. Der Garten ist wundervoll, der Essplatz nicht von außen einsehbar. Wir hätten uns zum Lesen noch eine Leselampe und eine großzügiger Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer gewünscht.

Es ist auf jeden Fall so, dass das Ferienhaus insgesamt sehr stimmig ist. Haus und Einrichtung sind wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen, Lesen und Ausspannen geradezu ein. Vielleicht wäre der Hinweis hilfreich, dass es sich um ein Doppelhaus mit insgesamt fünf Wohnungen und zwei Eigentümern handelt. So ganz alleine ist man daher nicht, vor allem wenn der Nachbar ein Dauertelefonierer ist. Aber ansonsten alles wirklich toll.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Behrensdorf, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto erreicht man aber den Strand oder auch Howacht sehr schnell. Auch andere Rad- bzw. Wandertouren kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Man wohnt sehr gemütlich und hat einen schönen großen Garten. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Einzige Kritikpunkte: kein WLAN, keine Infomappe, Wäsche-Paket kostet 15,- € pro Person extra und beinhaltet nur einen Satz Wäsche und Handtücher für 2 Wochen. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus weiterempfehlen. Nachtrag bzgl. FeWo-direkt (also nicht bezogen auf den Vermieter!): FeWo-Direkt berechnet eine Servicegebühr von gut 10%, darüber hinaus mussten wir bereits direkt nach unserer Buchung im Jan. 2018 die volle Summe bezahlen. Wie ich aus einem Gespräch mit dem Vermieter entnommen habe hat er aber noch kurz vor unserer Anreise auf eine Restzahlung gewartet. Dieses Verhalten von FeWo-Direkt entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen!

Zuallererst: Wir haben uns in der Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefuehlt und werden sicher wenn es uns wieder an die Ostsee zieht, versuchen die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Wir werden nicht nur das Haus weiterempfehlen, wir haben es schon getan ;) Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Kueche verfügt über alles , was man braucht. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, obgleich man natürlich die meiste Zeit am Strand ist. Hohwacht ist da nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Kurzum: Wirklich toll. Alles wie beschrieben. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende. Wir verbrachten abwechslungsreiche und schöne Tage in der Hohwachter Bucht und Umgebung und haben uns im „De Reetdach Kaat“ sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Ofen sorgte für wohlige Wärme. Besonders einladend ist der wunderschöne Garten bestens zum Verweilen und Grillen geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausreichend, rundherum ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir haben unser 2 Wochen Erholung in diesem wunderschönen, charmanten Haus sehr genossen. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig, genau richtig um der Hektik zu enfliehen. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden , vorallem in der Küche mangelt es an nichts. Als Hobbyköche haben wir täglich die Pfannen geschwungen und haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der Garten ist Wunderschön eingewachsen und die Birnen frisch vom Baum schmecken köstlich ;) Man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe. Die Einrichtung ist passend zum Haus liebevoll urig. Einziges kleines Manko, Die Sofa-TV-situation ist für 2 Personen nicht sehr gemütlich und könnte etwas moderner sein . Ansonsten alles Top und jederzeit gerne wieder :) beste Grüße aus München

De Reetdachkaat ist ein gemütliches Ferienhaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der schön angelegte Garten lädt bereits morgens zu einem Frühstück in der Sonne und Abends zu einem Gläschen Rotwein in den Liegestühlen ein. Die Strände der Hohwachter Bucht lassen keine Wünsche offen, von einsamen Buchten bis zum belebten Strandleben kann man hier alles finden. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.
