About this house rental
The house is quiet but central in Steinhude. Here you can enjoy your vacation on 100 square meters of fully equipped living space. The plot of about 90 square meters is completely paved and beautifully lit in the evenings. Here you will find a small secluded area for sunbathing on the south side. The seating area with barbecue area is located on the west side. A small path leads you directly to the water and the bathing island. A carport, directly at the house, is available for your vehicle. From your holiday home you can reach the bathing island in 5 minutes. Bakeries and other supermarkets (also open on Sundays). To the town center you go about 10 minutes. B. to the island of Wilhelmstein. Visit the Butterfly Museum or go to one of the many restaurants.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine Familie. Die Treppe ist für kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen etwas mit Vorsicht zu genießen, da sie sehr steil ist. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Küchenausstattung auch kleinere Becher und Besteck für Kinder dabei wären. Einige Töpfe und Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Es wäre auch schön, wenn es für das Haus richtige Mülltonnen für die Mülltrennung geben würde. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern (Windeln) hat man ja etwas mehr Müll. Ansonsten kann man nicht „meckern“. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten total bequem und der empfohlenen Bäcker wirklich sehr gut. Die Badeinsel kann man in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichen. Rund um ein toller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Objekt war bis auf kleine Mängel in Ordnung: Toilettensitz im EG wackelt, ein Topf hatte nur einen Griff, ein Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht verdunkeln, der Sonnenschirm bei der Essecke ist defekt. Steinhude gibt sich alle Mühe Touristen zu vergraulen. Die Menschen sind unfreundlich und die Umgebung ist für Touristen nicht genügend ausgebaut. Die Vermittler vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Die finanzielle Abwicklung mit FeWo-Direkt war absolut schlecht und ich werde garantiert nie wieder über FeWo-Direkt einen Urlaub buchen.
