About this house rental
Welcome to our charming Petzold vacation home in beautiful Steinhude! Set on a spacious 1,000-square-meter lot, our home offers plenty of room for the whole family. The 165 square meters of living space are spread over two floors and offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Ground Floor:
Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and both a filter and a pod coffee maker—ideal for cozy breakfasts and convivial cooking evenings. The large living/dining room, with its fireplace, invites you to enjoy cozy evenings; a guest restroom is also available.
Upper Floor:
On the upper floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms as well as a studio with additional beds—perfect for larger families or groups. The natural-light bathroom with a shower ensures a refreshing start to the day.
Amenities:
A washer and dryer are available in the basement, making longer stays hassle-free. In the garden, you can barbecue on the large patio, play on the lawn, and enjoy quiet evenings outdoors. Of course, Wi-Fi is included, and a smart TV with access to Netflix & other streaming services provides entertainment. The price includes bed linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper.

Our vacation home is situated in a very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The swimming island is just a 10-minute walk away, and the promenade is 15 minutes away.

Our family’s connection to the former Kali+Salz Sigmundshall salt mine in the region is evident in many rustic and cozy details. While we continue to modernize our house bit by bit, we place great importance on preserving its original character. This creates a wonderful blend of tradition and modernity that makes you feel right at home.

Das Haus liegt optimal, alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen aber auch mit KFZ (zwei Stellplätze vorhanden); man ist jedoch weit genug vom Zentrum/Badeinsel weg dass es nicht laut oder trubelig ist. Das Haus selber ist komplett ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts; die Einrichtung ist im EG rustikal, oben etwas moderner. Wenn das EG in der Modernisierung nachgezogen wird und das Haus von außen etwas Liebe erhält, gäb es absolut nichts zu meckern :) Der Vermieter begrüßt die Gäste persönlich mit einer kleinen Führung durchs Haus, bei der auch Dönekes und Familiengeschichte erzählt werden; hab ich so noch nicht oft gehabt bei anderen Objekten , aber man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Insg. eine empfehlenswerte FeWo!

das Haus eignet sich für 7 Personen, es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer, und einen offenen Bereich mit 3 weiteren Schlafplätzen. alle im 1.OG
Unten ist ein sehr geräumiges Wohn/Eßzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse. Das Haus wird manchmal auch von der Eigentümewr Familie genutzt, es ist deshalb mit viel Geschirr, Gläsern, schüsseln, ect ausgestattet. Wir haben uns Zuhause gefühlt!!!
