Wir haben uns von erster Minute an wohl gefühlt. Unkomplizierter Vermieter. Alles top.

Das Haus liegt optimal, alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen aber auch mit KFZ (zwei Stellplätze vorhanden); man ist jedoch weit genug vom Zentrum/Badeinsel weg dass es nicht laut oder trubelig ist. Das Haus selber ist komplett ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts; die Einrichtung ist im EG rustikal, oben etwas moderner. Wenn das EG in der Modernisierung nachgezogen wird und das Haus von außen etwas Liebe erhält, gäb es absolut nichts zu meckern :) Der Vermieter begrüßt die Gäste persönlich mit einer kleinen Führung durchs Haus, bei der auch Dönekes und Familiengeschichte erzählt werden; hab ich so noch nicht oft gehabt bei anderen Objekten , aber man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Insg. eine empfehlenswerte FeWo!

das Haus eignet sich für 7 Personen, es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer, und einen offenen Bereich mit 3 weiteren Schlafplätzen. alle im 1.OG Unten ist ein sehr geräumiges Wohn/Eßzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse. Das Haus wird manchmal auch von der Eigentümewr Familie genutzt, es ist deshalb mit viel Geschirr, Gläsern, schüsseln, ect ausgestattet. Wir haben uns Zuhause gefühlt!!!
