The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Private accommodation. Well-kept garden, exotic plants and flowers. Access is via a side street (paved, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in garage, carport. Garage on request. Parking in an enclosed courtyard.
