Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Das Haus könnte einige kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen vertragen. Aber die Lage, die Geräumigkeit und die Aussicht kompensieren das.

Die Immobilie ist nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Fassade bröckelt, Wege sind abgesackt und Risse sind entstanden. Möbel für Außen sind eher minderwertig oder defekt.
