Nice clean building with lovely balcony that had a small bit of a sea view. Fridge was useful but no space or facilities to cook or prepare anything proper. Great air conditioning, functioning wifi. Agios georgios has great restaurants, car rental, supermarkets and a nice beach (but nothing else!) and is 10 minutes walk.
No daily housekeeping as advertised, and the beach is closeby but definitely not 50m. Host didn't reply to my message when I asked about laundry. Small room without some of the useful things in other accommodations (hair dryer, shower mat, iron, etc) but if for a short stay this isn't a big deal.

The location is not central, but we liked that. A very nice beach is at 3 minutes walk.
Very quiet place.
Malibu Taverna is very close and the food is delicious.
I liked everything, nothing bothered me but if i have to pick some things i have to say that there was no tv (not that i would watch any), no hairdryer, the refrigerator was very old/made noise and that in the morning there was no hot water.
As i said, didn't bother me, it was a good price for the experience that we wanted to live.

Very clean garden and rooms, just 100m away from the beach. The room has everything you need and some balconies have a sea view. I loved to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and silence. Super friendly owners. I can recommend Sam's rooms and would book again :)
A beach towel and and a beach umbrella for the guests would be helpful.
The doors and the fridge are noisy.
