Excellent stay

The staff were really fantastic -- Camille at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and we liked that there was a foosball and pool table available to use. If you're in Lens to see the Louvre -Lens museum or go to a football match then the location is perfect -- it was a short walk to each.

The breakfast was good but it was a bit expensive.

Lovely boutique hotel

Lovely hotel with a boutique feel. It is very attractive and the rooms, although not huge, were very well appointed and perfect for us. It is quiet and has a nice level of luxury. It is also just opposite The Louvre, which was a lovely bonus. The reception staff were so helpful and very kind. They couldn't have done more for us and for my dad, who is elderly.

The breakfast was a little odd. It was quite chaotic, really busy and I felt bad for the staff who were rushed off their feet. I'm sure it's not usually like this because it was New Years Day and probably coping with less staff.

A very enjoyable stay, friendly staff and a lovely room.

The hotel had a very boutique, luxurious feel. Our room was clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was of a high standard, beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It was nice to be welcomed with a glass of champagne! Would highly recommend.

Amazing food and a lovely welcome; would stay again

I liked the traditional style and the fact it was based on old miners cottages. I also like the pillows and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the convenient parking and the terrace for dinner. The restaurant was lovely. I liked the breakfast table. Everything was comfortable. The shower was perfect and the basin too. The toiletries were plentiful and easy to use.

The air conditioning seemed slightly difficult to control but that was all

Faultless stay.Highly recommend

This was our second stay at this hotel.We chose it because of the convenient location ( only an hour's drive from Calais)and that it has an excellent restaurant. The rooms are beautifully appointed with spacious bathrooms, coffee makers and plenty of power points. The staff greeted us with courtesy and were very efficient and the off road parking was convenient .Highly recommend this hotel

Served its purpose,

The hotel was good within an unattractive town, Although well equipped, the room was small and had no chairs. It is a good stopping off point for the first night if you have a late afternoon arrival at Calais.

Perfect stay for going to the Louve Lens

Lovely hotel with lot's of communal spaces, play room for kids, zen style garden, sauna you can book for 30 -40 mins private use, really helpful staff.

Bedroom was pretty small with the child's bed in it - but opportunity to relax outside of the bedroom in communal spaces.

This hotel is exceptional. The receptionist when we arrived was so friendly & helpful, had a good chat about local facilities etc faultless. The gym is brilliant with amazing equipment. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the restaurant staff were just brilliant , I have to say the barman was exceptional, his recommendation for the red wine was perfect with our food , and he made very nice g&t 🙂. Very peaceful and comfortable room , very clean and perfect.. breakfast also brilliant. Very easy to park and very convenient for the motorway. We will be back

Well located (for the museum), modern, clean, stylish, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, on-site parking.

Our room was totally black. very stylish, but oppressive. also rather difficult to find the light switch. The parking is very badly signposted.
