The very well-kept holiday home has two floors with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin), living room with american kitchen, large sun terrace and balcony. Storage room with washing machine. Surrounded by a garden with a lawn and large palm trees. Kitchen with gas and electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Living room with TV and music system. A/C on both floors. House in a mediterranean style. Restaurants are within walking distance, also directly on the beach. ncluding water, electricity, air conditioning, gas, towels, bed linen and final cleaning.

This house is in perfect position, close to the beach and to a good supermarket. Both inner and outer space are very comfortable ,
perfectly suitable for a family and having two bathrooms is a great plus when you travel with a teenager.
We also found some unexpected features such as barbecue and a very useful shower in the garden.
In Denia and its neighbourhood there is a lot to visit, one week is way too short. Wish we could enjoy the house and the location for longer!

Nous avons aimée cette maison agréable et bien équipée, près de la plage et d'un supermarché, joli jardin très apprécié également.
Un très bon séjour donc, un regret pas de chaines en français à la télévision et pas de musique, chaine ou poste.

maison , bien et propre , juste à notre arrivé pas de chauffage et l internet !! ( réglé rapidement par le propriétaire )
par contre il est indiqué télévision satellite avec chaines Françaises !!!( il n y à pas de chaines françaises )
mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison et je précise très calme
le propriétaire à l écoute

La maison est vraiment très bien située et agréable. Le bémol rencontré lors du séjour : le volet de la chambre principale ne fonctionnait pas donc on n'a pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre de tout le séjour. Je l'ai signalé mais personne ne m'a jamais répondu. La tempête à gâché notre séjour, nous avons quitté la maison 2 jours avant. Le prix du nettoyage est vraiment trop excessif. C'est la première fois que le nettoyage est payant. DOMMAGE
