I like the neighborhood. The property is clean and the breakfast was good.
There were ants but they have insecticide spray in the room.

The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. The lady helping on our second day was very friendly and helpful as was the gentleman we met.
The welcome on the first day was not warm or informative at all, hardly any information given to us and it seemed rushed. I nearly had the gate close on my car as I was reversing out as we weren't told it closes automatically. The info file in the room had a name to contact highlighted if any challenges but no number to call. We didn't know the names of any of the staff as nobody introduced themselves. Generally a very disappointing welcome and the garden was very neglected as was the pool. Definitely not as advertised on booking.com
