About this house rental
"Webersons Ferienhaus" is a Swedish country / gatehouse that was extensively renovated and expanded in 2009. A very attractive furniture and extensive equipment await you. The house has its own sauna, rowing boat and canoe. Children can play and run around on the spacious property. Soccer goal, double swing and sandpit invite you to do so. A great grill and campfire place makes the adventurer's heart beat faster.
E.g. Bake stick bread and watch the wonderful starry sky. The Milky Way is perfectly visible here.
An evening boat trip on the Hultebräan is also fantastic. A canoe and rowboat experience of a special class. For the whole family or angler friends. In autumn a real "Indian summer feeling" through the wonderful mixed forest around the lake.
In summer you can head for some islands in the lake. Rock plateaus invite you to sunbathe and have a picnic.
Bicycle tours are excellently possible in the entire area of the holiday home. You should definitely be a bit trained, as the terrain is not always flat and flat.
But if it is too exhausting for you, you can live out your wanderlust on the many forest trails and get to see some finds such as mushrooms, unique flowers and much more.

Bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus abseits des Trubels. Die Elche schlafen gleich im Wald nebenan. Morgens hoppeln die Wildkaninchen vor dem Auto auf der Strasse und oft sieht man Rehe am Wegesrand. Das Hausgelände ist weitläufig, die Sauna jetzt im Winter sehr angenehm. Am Abend sitzt man im Schaukelstuhl oder Sessel vor dem Kaminofen. Das Fernsehen hat alle gängigen deutsche öffentliche und private Sender. Die Gastgeberin bereitet einen herzlichen Emofang und gestaltet alle Abläufe komplikationslos. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist sehr exakt. Die Supermärkte im 20 Min entfernten Nybro haben deutsche Preise und eine gute Auswahl Für Ausflüge sind zu empfehlen: Kalmar (30 Min), Die Insel Öland mit dem Trollwald ganz im Norden via Kalmarsundbrücke (je nach Ziel 45 bis 120 Min) und die Gegend um Vimmerby mit Astrid Lindgren Welt, Kattult Hof und Bullerbü sowie Norra Kvill Nationalpark ( bis zu 2,5 Stunden Fahrzeit). Aber man kann seine Zeit auch nur rund um das Ferienhaus mit Wandern, Schwimmen, paddeln, Federball, Fußball ( Tor auf dem Grundstück) oder Volleyball (Leine ist gespannt) verbringen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eingerichtetem Kinderzimmer, Spielzeug, Fussballplatz, Feuerstelle mit Holz, Sauna etc. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gross, sehr sauber und es hat nichts aber gar nichts gefehlt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert.
Die Kinder haben den schönen Garten mit den „Geheimwegen“ geliebt, das Kinderzimmer war sehr liebevoll arrangiert, es ist bei ihnen sehr gut angekommen.
Die ganze Ausstattung ist in einem top-Zustand, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.
Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön. Super ausgestattet und gepflegt. Hier kann man seine Zeit genießen und sehr schön verbringen.
