All rooms have wooden floorboards, wood-paneled walls or visible timber framing and ceiling beams, in the living room coffered ceiling.
Only natural building materials were used. To relax after a busy day, the sauna awaits you.

It was a cute place with a lot of character. The check in process wasn’t as easy as we’ve had with other properties. Make sure to get check in info before you arrive. We weren’t able to connect on the WhatsApp. Overall the location of this property was amazing and the town was wonderful! I’d recommend this place! The Fox Family from the Untied States.

Schön und ruhig gelegenes Häuschen an der Kinzig mitten in Alpirsbach. Liebevoll sanierte Bausubstanz. Gewöhnungsbedürtig sind die beiden steilen Treppen. Etwas schade, dass man von der Terrasse keinen freien Blick hat, andererseits ist sie auch nicht einsehbar.

Interessant trifft es auf den Punkt. Diese historische Unterkunft ist auf liebevolle Weise hergerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Wen allerdings knarzende Diehlen und steile Treppen stören, sollte sich anderweitig umsehen. Wir wurden bereits bei der Anfrage auf die steilen Treppen hingewiesen und haben uns dennoch dafür entschieden. Was so auch vollkommen in Ordnung war! Beim Türschloà ist Fingerspitzengefühl gefragt :-) das kennt man so nicht mehr. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und in dieser Unterkunft war es auch wirklich ein Erlebnis.

Einziges Manko war in unserer Woche, eine überfüllte Mülltonne. Aber das war eigentlich nicht tragisch, das hat man zu Hause schlieÃlich auch hin und wieder mal. Wir hoffen das dies keine Umstände beschert hat.

Die Sauna und der Kamin machen den Aufrnthalt perfekt um nach einer Wanderung auszuspannen. Die Treppen sind recht steil, das sollte man sich bewusst sein. Fussläufig findet man eine Bäckerei und gute Restaurants. Wandern kann man ab dem Haus, muss also das Auto nicht immer nehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!
