About this house rental

This home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath.. With a separate studio apartment in the basement with the second bathroom. Property has been recently updated. The house sits on 8 acres with an inground pool right on the Susquehanna River! Enjoy the view of Oneonta and the surrounding mountains from the deck. Sleep up to 8--- 2 queen size upstairs 2 full size mattresses downstairs. 3 miles to Cooperstown All Star village 25 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Great location to ASV. Property is nice. Good spot for families to share if attending baseball tournaments. Chuck is responsive.

So glad we found this gem for our Cooperstown stay. Conveniently located about 9 minutes from All Star Village where our sons were playing. It was a pleasure to get to chill in the pool after a hot day at the fields and to enjoy the stunning view. The house was spotless and had all the necessities, except for an iron which Chuck delivered to our door the day I inquired about it. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay! Thank you!
