Apartment for 4 people, recently built, with great finishes, located in the town of Póvoa de Varzim, near one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the North of Portugal. Póvoa de Varzim is a quiet town, 40 km north of the city of Porto. In addition to the beach, there are beautiful examples of Romanesque and Baroque architecture and archaeological remains to visit.
The Montgeron Park Apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower (one of them with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and a nice lounge serving dining room and living room. The apartment also has a private parking space inside the building and there is a public garden common throughout the condo.
Located in a privileged location, 20 minutes from Porto Airport and equidistant from the major cities of Northern Portugal (Porto - 40 Km, Viana do Castelo - 40 Km, Braga - 45 Km and Guimarães World Heritage - 50 Km). The excellent Gastronomy is a characteristic common to all the North of Portugal, as well as the increasingly famous Vinho Verde.
Whether you come from the port or the airport, follow the signs A28 (Viana do Castelo). After being on this freeway you must take the exit of Póvoa de Varzim. At the first roundabout turn right. Then turn left first. Enter a residential area and at the bottom turn right. At the first junction go straight ahead and go until near the end of the street. The apartment is on the right.
