The 78 m² EC apartment in Aßling district Niclasreuth with beautiful mountain views has a spacious kitchen / dining area with direct access to the 60 m² large sun terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 living room (1 sofa beds), 1 bathroom with shower and bath and a covered PKW parking lot.
The apartment is very well connected by traffic and is centrally located in the foothills of the Alps between Munich and Kufstein and is therefore an ideal starting point for numerous activities. Through our trade fair proximity business people can relax in a quiet atmosphere of the busy working day.
Public Transport Railway Munich - Salzburg are in close proximity and can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and on foot in about 15 minutes.
Long-term tenants are welcome!

Vermieterin und Vermieter sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage für Tagesausflüge an Seen und in die Berge. Wunderbar große und ruhig gelegene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Große Ferienwohnung mit separaten Räumen für Schlafen und Essen. Großzügige Terrasse. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter die bemüht sind rundherum einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Wir waren im September 2020 für eine Woche mit unseren zwei Bullys in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand eines Dorfes, dahinter nur Felder und Wald, daher ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Die riesige Terrasse, die mit durchgehendem Geländer hundeausbruchssicher angelegt ist, konnten wir jeden Tag genießen und mussten uns keine Gedanken machen, dass uns die Hunde ausbüxen. Aßling ist etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und dort hat man Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt.... und planen schon für das nächste Jahr wieder dort zu buchen.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig! Unterbringung, Gastgeber, Umgebung: super! Die Objektbeschreibung entspricht in allem den Tatsachen. Auch Hunde sind willkommen und haben ausreichend Gelegenheit, in der näheren Umgebung herumzuschnüffeln. Der Ruhe kann, wer will, auch schnell entfliehen. München, Rosenheim oder auch Kufstein sind gut erreichbar, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im ca. 3 Km entfernten Aßling. Restaurants/Gasthöfe/Biergärten sind im näheren Umkreis reichlich vorhanden. Dank Corona empfiehlt es sich, vorab Informationen über die Öffnungszeiten und Reservierungsmöglichkeiten einzuholen.
Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Male in Aßling/Niclasreuth!
