Nice clean property. Great location. 2 of the 3 beds did not have box springs or bed boards. The mattress sits on metal bar type bed. We stayed in the 2nd bedroom on the 1 acceptable bed after a first night on uncomfortable bed in master bedroom.

clean, very basic rental. only 1 key provided. AC needs tune up or replacement--noisy, trouble handling humidity(esp. with no fan in bath). mostly old reruns available on tv. close to many restaurants, drivable distance to beaches/fishing. lots of traffic. felt safe in neighborhood
