Singithi villa

We were guests of Singhti Villa. For us this will be our home in Sri Lanka! Whatever I say won’t be enough! The dearest landlords are Mr. Saminda and his wonderful wife, mother and two little daughters. They quickly became dear friends to us! So kind, hospitable, ready to help at any moment and for anything! Singhti Villa is the best maintained and cleanest villa in Unawatuna, I claim it , because we saw a lot of places before we got to the right place! Spacious, bright, clean and cozy! Equipped with everything you need, large kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, black coffee machine! Which is extremely rare in Sri Lanka. Three bedrooms, a dining area with a large table, a soil area with two sofas, fans everywhere, a mosquito net in the halls. The villa was cleaned perfectly every 3 days, bed linen and towels were changed. There are terraces with beds for rest, a wonderful garden where our daughter played and we drank coffee. I wholeheartedly recommend Singhti Villa! The most beautiful villa in Unawatuna! We’ll come back , this time for much longer! Thanks to Mr. Saminda, his mother, who cooked us a uniquely delicious dinner and their whole family for the warmth and smiles!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

It was a really nice quiet place in the somewhat chaotic Unawatuna. Spacious and clean home with everything you need (only no A/C). The owner was very hospitable and kind, helped us with many things. He will do everything for you. That’s worth the extra compliments. We met his family and it was the nicest family we have met in this country. Every morning a fresh and delicious Sri Lankan breakfast made by his mother. Also the lunch/dinner is very good and worth it to order here. The house is about a fifteen minute walk from the Unawatuna beach.

If there was an A/C it would be a 10+!

Here we found everything we were looking for,quiet and clean place to enjoy our holliday. Thank you Saminda for everything,we will be back .The food is exceptional

We had our own fridge/microwave/tv. tv only had Australian channels but owner can update accordingly. Shortcut to banana beach was good. Excellent brealfast. Owner lent usxam umbrella and his mobile phone in case we needed it

Recommend more use of microwave as only allowed 5 secs to heat food.
