poor communication and very cold on arrival, long time to warm and up, poor general facilities. bathroom needs serious work. nothing in kitchen on arrival.

We had a great stay! Apparement was lovely and clean, and had all the home comforts you need. Great to have off road parking.

Plain glass in the front and internal door. You could see straight up the hall way, it would have been nice if the internal door glass was frosted or a curtain for a bit of privacy.

Lovely clean flat. Very well stocked with a variety of household equipment. Very comfortable throughout. Fresh flowers on the table made for a lovely welcome.

Only negative, if you can call it that, was that the hall was visible to the street, due to glass panelled doors. Perhaps a blind or curtain for privacy could be added...

A good birding and walking location

Liked the location, the television that had a great choice of channels, the cleanliness, the easy of contacting the agent. The kitchen was just adequetly equiped.

There was no information folder, we had to phone up to get the wifi code, and there was no indication of the nearest shops, doctor, dentist, etc. The flat had an odd layout, the bathroom was a long walk in the night from the front bedroom. The shower was tiny. We had 2 keys, one for the front door, but we couldn't find what the 2nd one was for. There was a washing machine and pegs, but we couldn't get out of the back door to the washing line. The place had a soulless feel.

Superb value for money. Location ideal for visiting RSPB South Stack. This is a no frills but excellent value for money and ultra helpful owner falt.

I did not have details of the let - supposed to be sent by bookings.com. It would have been gopod to have a fact file in the house covering internet password, bins protocol and what the second key was for. The door is glass and folk outside can see right into the hallway (leading to the bedrooms so a curtain across the inner door would enhance provacy.

The kitchen was a good size and the bedrooms were comfortable. Close to South Stack Lighthouse. Ample parking.

The bathroom floor gets wet very easily and the floor just doesn’t dry leading to wet socks on later trips to the toilet. The shower setting was scalding to hot only but when messaged the agent was helpful in acknowledging the issue and ordering a new shower unit (wasn’t fitted during our stay). The living room really needs a larger sofa as the accommodation sleeps 4 people, but only sofa/chair for 3 people. The two seater sofa cannot be relaxed in by 2 people.

Dirty floor

Good size, good facilities and quiet location.

The floor was so dirty that we had to buy a mop to clean it ourselves. Our children’s cloths and socks, age 1 and 4, were disgustingly filthy after walking and playing in the floor and we had to bath them and wash their clothes. Not very reassuring during the COVID pandemic.

Lovely clean flat with everything we needed.. easy to find. Comfy beds. All appliances seemed new and it was cosy and welcoming

No window in 1 bedroom but we only went back there at night after exploring so it didn't really matter.
