About this villa rental
The house was built in 2005 and is of an excellent standard with every comfort. It has air conditioning in all rooms and heating in all rooms; plus a fireplace in the living room. This makes the house comfortable to live in all year round. The large kitchen is fully equipped and well equipped for up to 6 people (including all common appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). Adjacent washroom (with direct exit to the clothesline), with washing machine and tumbler; additional large refrigerator with freezer, storage space. Golfers who want to relax after the game will find the ideal environment here. The area has very good local restaurants that offer authenticity and the best quality. The house is also suitable for 3 generations: parents and grandparents have a double bed and the third room has 3 beds.
All rooms are connected to the integrated sound system, the TV is in the living room. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large terrace with a view of the great outdoors. Parquet floors in all bedrooms.
1 large garden seat (table with 6 chairs) with grill and access to the pool and garden.
2 terraces with seating and views of the pool, garden and landscape.
Mosquito nets are installed in all bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and in a window in the living room.
Swimming pool (8 x 4m) with deck chairs.
Bed linen, terry towels, beach towels and kitchen linen available and enough to change.

This is a wonderful villa with a fantastic outside space including 3 terraces and a great pool. It is very peaceful with wonderful views throughout. The layout of the villa over 3 floors is fantastic with a bright and airy lounge / kitchen. The villa has everything you need. A car is essential but it’s centrally located and within easy reach of local shops. Fuseta beach and other lovely towns like Loulé, Tavira and Olhão are easily reachable by car. Peter our host kept in contact to ensure our stay was as expected. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and we would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Location is so peaceful and private, but close enough to all the amenities in the main town and beautiful nature all around. We loved the layout of the villa, so much space, beautifully decorated and everything you could need and more in terms of utensils, appliances etc. The pool was great. We had the best week with the kids and can't recommend enough.

If you’re thinking of booking the Villa, don’t think just book it, you won’t regret it. The Villa its self is very well equipped in every way possible. The gardens & pool area are beautiful. It’s so peaceful. It is rural so a car is vital but a local restaurant is a 10 min walk away. Thank you Peter & Monika for letting us stay and we hope one day to return.
