About this villa rental
This country house has recently been completely renovated. This enhancement was done with respect for the authenticity of the building and the region, but with the luxury and comfort of today.
All the rooms of the house are on the ground floor. Direct daylight enters all areas and practically every room has access to a terrace. There are several large terraces, both north and south oriented.
Kitchen: Completely renovated: equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave (combi oven), American fridge, stove with oven, all kinds of small electrical appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary eating and cooking utensils. The kitchen gives access to the north terrace and is connected to the living room.
Living room and dining room: Very spacious living room (TV) and dining room. This is equipped with a dining table with six chairs and has various cupboards. The TV room is equipped with a flat screen and modern stereo installation + a very comfortable leather couch. There is also a casette fireplace here. Two large windows and a door give access to the south terrace. From the salon you have a view of the ocean.
Bedroom 1, master bedroom: Here there is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed (box-spring) + casette fireplace + wardrobe. In this room there is a spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and two showers (walk-in). View on the north terrace.
Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with a double bed (box-spring) + wardrobe, overlooking the south terrace with its own bathroom and TV.
Bedroom 3: Spacious bedroom with a double bed (box-spring) and extra single bed + wardrobe with a view of the south terrace and passage to the north terrace. With private bathroom and TV.
Extra assets for Villa Maya: Villa Maya is a beautiful house for taking a holiday, with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, infinity pool, trampoline, petanque area, and beautiful panoramic views of both the ocean and the beautiful hinterland. Each bedroom now also has its own bathroom and TV.

The building is fantastic for 2 to 4 persons. For more a 3rd toilette would be needed. The garden is overwelming and beautiful maintained and would easily host parties for 40 guests.You will need a car, ideally a SUV, as it is a bit remote and the last few 100 meters are gravel. But then you have all the quiteness you could wish. Only you, the birds the pool and the sea in the distance. For us it was perfect!

Very quiet, beautiful and extremely tasteful furnished house with spacious, well-kept outdoor facilities and a pool, which fortunately was even anout 2 metres deep in places. We felt very comfortable with our teenage children.

Only one thing: depending on the car, the road access to the house is a bit tricky.

We stayed at the property for a week in October with another couple. In terms of quality and location the property was perfect. A short drive from restaurants and supermarket The house had Beautiful spaces inside and out. Lovely views and good pool and outside facilities , we made use of both bbq and boule court. Highly recommended. Our only slightly negative comment is that basics such as dishwasher tablets /toilet rolls etc we’re not getting included and had to be purchased whilst have been left by previous guests. Contact with Tom was great and we really appreciated flexibility with checking in and out. Unfortunately we had a wet week so I would definitely revisit and hope for better weather to properly enjoy the house and all it has to offer..
