You will appreciate the advantages of a quiet, new and modern apartment. The size of the rooms does not allow for tightness.
An area separated by 25m², consisting of a large bedroom with double bed (160x200) and an attached bathroom equipped with whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet and double washbasin, invite you to linger.
The second bedroom on the back offers two single beds (90x200) with mountain views. The associated bathroom, equipped with a high-quality shower, vanity and toilet, means there are no waiting times.
You have direct access to the outdoor area via the air-conditioned and heated bedrooms and the living room. The living and dining room is modern and comfortably furnished. Large corner couch, flat screen TV with satellite reception, WiFi and music system with iPod connector also invite you to linger here. Their large, cozy dining table, for up to six people, also enables a cozy get-together in the apartment. From here you have a hatch in the elegant new kitchen, where you will love to prepare dishes. Equipped with: 3-burner gas stove; Oven; Microwave; Dishwasher; Fridge / freezer combination; Coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dryer in a separate room. No wishes remain unfulfilled here either.
A perfectly furnished dream apartment is waiting for you. You will find everything for your comfort. Two large terraces, with southern exposure, offer you the right choice - each 30m² sunny or covered are waiting for you. Linger on the sun loungers, relax in the comfortable lounge furniture or enjoy your meals with a good glass of wine at sunset - the choice is yours! The salt water pool in the well-tended garden area, which is accessible from the apartment and is accessible to you at night, invites you to take a refreshing bath at any time.
We are happy to provide you with towels and bed linen free of charge. On request, you can use a baby travel cot free of charge. Of course, the underground parking space associated with the apartment is reserved for you at no additional cost.

In just 5 to 10 minutes you can also reach numerous shopping centers, restaurants, medical care centers, hospitals, etc., which are located in the pretty tourist town of Rincón de la Victoria.

We stayed for 4 nights in August. A quick break away without the kids. The apartment is lovely, 2 large bedrooms with bathroom each. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.
The living room has a big smart tv. It's great for watching netflix once the sun goes down.
The view from the balcony is amazing. We loved the private area with our own sunbeds, just a dew metres from the pool but very private.
Even though it was August, the complex was very quiet, and the pool area was so peaceful.
We didn't have a car given the quick break, we got a taxi from the airport, only 20/30 mins away depending on traffic. We used Uber to go to the supermarket and back, it took a while for them to come but it wasn't a problem.
We would definitely stay here again. The communication with the owner Thomas was great.

Wir haben die wunderschöne, saubere, großzügige und ruhig gelegene Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Hier kann man perfekt entspannen.
Aber auch tolle Ausflüge starten:
Malaga: schöne Stadt und ein tolles Hammam, Granada mit der Alhambra , Nerja mit den Höhlen, Frigiliana, das weisse schöne Dorf; auch Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Ronda ist ebenso fantastisch. Und Sevilla.
Alles haben wir besucht. So war es ein toller Mix aus Erhohlung und Aktivität.
Nach den Aktivitäten kann man im großen Swimmingpool noch ein paar Bahnen ziehen.
Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Abends ist der Pool in mehreren Farben beleuchtet. Das gibt eine schöne Stimmung.
Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auch gerne hier noch mal Urlaub machen.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in der Ferienwohnung von Evelyn, die Wohnanlage ist herrlich ruhig,sehr gepflegt, großer Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, wunderschöner Blick am Tag und in der Nacht. Die Wohnung sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Rincon oder am Strand und es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne auch ein weiteres Mal wieder.
