About this house rental
Just 20 minutes north of Kalmar, surrounded by nature and seafront at Kalmar Sweden is our red house.
The typical Småland, red house offers a modern Ikea kitchen with dining area, a very cozy living room, a large dining room in the attached conservatory, a bedroom with 140m bed, and a loft with two adult beds under the converted attic.
Due to its location on a promontory one is effectively surrounded by the sea. The secluded location - there are only 2 neighboring houses in sight, but except 'Hör'weite - guaranteed peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The House leader for highway ends as a dead end on the Baltic Sea.
The garden located behind the house, with its large lawn and the adjacent forest 'adventure playground' for your children. Here you can let your children play safely away from the road and traffic.
The cozy living room has a couch, a TV with DVD player and satellite connection. There is also a fireplace here.
Under the roof on the gallery, there are two single beds for adults or children (not infants).
The kitchen is equipped with a new IKEA kitchen, a small dining area for 4 people and all necessary utensils for self catering.
The adjoining the kitchen conservatory has a dining table with 6 seats, a comfortable sofa set and a beautiful view of the garden and the adjoining en horse pasture.

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit tollem Wintergarten und großem Garten, mit Johannisbeersträuchern zum naschen. Einige Spiele wie Winkingerschach sind im Schuppen und dürfen benutzt werden. Der Campingplatz in der Nähe ist toll zum baden, Minigolf spielen und Spielplatz und hüpfkissen für die Kinder. Außerdem gibt es leckeres Essen.
Kalmar ganz in der Nähe, viele schöne Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Haus rundum!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt egal in welche Richtung es geht. Der Wintergarten hat uns auch begeistert. Alles in allem ein nettes kleines Häuschen in schöner Umgebung

Die ruhige Lage ist zum Entspannen sehr angenehm. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs und am frühen Abend genossen wir den Wintergarten oder lauschten dem Feuer im Kamin. Unmittelbare Nachbarn waren 3 Stuten mit ihren Fohlen. Sie besuchten uns. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Serr und die Vermieter für das gepflegte Ambiente.

Der Wintergarten hat das Haus aufgewertet. Die Wohnzimmerfenster waren alle zugeschaut. Das Schlafzimmerbett nur 140cm breit und steht wahrscheinlich ueber der früheren Guellegrube, Gestank! Dachboden ohne Fenster und ohne Geländer zum Wohnzimmer
Dafür gutes Eis auf dem Campingplatz, 800 m als einziger Zugang zum Meer.
