Welcome to a wonderful top-class holiday home with a seafront location – just 440 meters from the beach. A short walk through Saxnäs Camping leads you down to the popular bathing area with soft sandy beach and bathing jetties – perfect for both lazy days in the sun and a refreshing swim. Here you will live perfectly to be able to enjoy the peace and at the same time be able to enjoy the campsite's wide range of services and activities. Here you will find restaurants, a mini market and a lively summer program with live music, yoga, circuit training and football activities. There is mini golf, playgrounds, bicycles and bike carts, a multi-arena, an outdoor gym – something for all ages. The house offers a lovely, open plan layout where the kitchen and living room interact in a social and inviting environment. The fresh kitchen offers a high level of comfort. The living room has a beautiful dining area and a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV. There are two nice bedrooms, one bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed with two bunk beds above, which is ideal for families with children. The fresh bathroom is equipped with a combined washing machine and dryer for extra convenience during your stay. Outside, a large, lovely terrace awaits you with outdoor furniture and sun loungers - an obvious place for morning coffee in the sun or warm barbecue evenings. The fantastic outdoor room with high ceilings and generous space extends the summer and creates a bright and airy place to hang out regardless of the weather. On the plot there is a swing set and a large trampoline for the children. Please note that pets are not allowed. Bring your own sheets and towels. Not rented to youth groups.
