About this apartment rental
An hour drive away from San Jose and merely 15 min drive from Jaco town and beach, Punta Leona Hotel & Club is a coveted destination for people seeking a perfect vacation. Golden Reef Condominium is located within the club, has its own private pool, and direct access to the renown-among-the-locals, secluded, and beautiful white sand beach called Playa Blanca. This beach is surrounded by a national wildlife reserve; therefore, you will definitely come across local wildlife such as white faced capuchin monkeys, coatimundis, toucans, and scarlet macaws. Offering not only great waves but also calm, kid-friendly waters, this beach is perfectly fitting for people of all ages.
Our condo overlooks the Pacific yet is only less than a 5 min walk away from it! It has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with both queen and twin sized beds and the master, a king-sized. Two rooms have private bathrooms. The master room's bathroom also has a jacuzzi to use after a productive day of enjoying the beautiful surroundings. All bedrooms and the living room have a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and includes a marble-top island. Furthermore, the condo has a washer/dryer unit and a central A/C system for added comfort. Last but not least, you can view sunsets right from the terrace while you enjoy a great meal or lie on the hammock and read a book.

This place was great! Very spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Playa Blanca is only a few minutes walk and was the perfect place to spend the last few days of our incredible holiday. We saw scarlet macaws from the balcony every day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very spacious apartment, great views from the balcony. Unfortunately we saw roaches under the sink and its obvious that this is an issue because they had raid sprays under the sink for roaches. All coffee makers are in bad condition and couldn't use any of them. Driving directions from the main road to the apartment could be a little better, like letting guest know to turn right when they get to the ice cream shop. I was told that we have access to the amenities of the club and that wasn't true, no one provided us with bracelets to use the beach club and I was told by employees that I needed to buy a Day-Pass, luckily the public entrance its not far from the club and the access to the beach its easy.
