About this house rental
64 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Ruokojärvi 10 m ( length 7 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, sandy bottom. Lean-to distance 2.5 km at lake Saimaa. Own boat at lake Ruokojärvi. Lake Saimaa 2.5 km. At lake Saimaa own rowing boat for fishing with outboard motor (for extra charge).
Log cabin, renovated 1992, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, living room with 2 extra beds (couch), sauna (electric sauna stove), dressing room, open veranda. Drinking water will be fetched from owner.
Internet = Wi-Fi 4g max 50 mbt.
Charging of an electric/hybrid car can be agreed separately with the cottage owner, charging possibility at the owner's property 350 m away, electrical connection 1x16A and 3x16A, for a separate fee.
