The Rustico Moderno is located in a privileged residential area of Ghiffa in a quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve SS. Trinita. The lakeside of Ghiffa with pizzeria, bar and pharmacy is about 2 km away. If you want to go for a stroll, then the place Intra with its idyllic old town, which you reach by car in less than 10 minutes, is recommended. From here you can also start with both the car and the passenger ferry to many interesting things. The two 2½- and 3-room apartments are modern and tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The combination of modern and rustic elements is more than successful. Underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi internet access and a washing machine and dishwasher complete the high-quality offer. Both apartments have several outdoor areas (terraces and balconies) with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. Each apartment has a covered parking space. Furthermore, there is free public parking opposite the house.
