We liked the originality of the whole place. There are 3 themed self-catering apartments. We stayed in the vintage 70s apartment that was completely decked out in 1970s attire, down to the very last detail. Only the shower, TV, and WiFi were from the 21st century. It's all very well done. The extremely nice owners also showed us the other two apartments when we checked out. The industrial/garage-themed one is absolutely fantastic, with working traffic lights for the bathroom.
We also liked the facilities a lot, all arranged around a lovely garden. The kids loved the games room with a ping pong table, vintage gym, and lots of traditional games. And the pool is great too.
The owners also run a small pizza place on the premises, which is very convenient when you haven't had a chance to do any grocery shopping.
The bedrooms in our apartment have low ceilings and it was hot when we stayed there. No A/C and just one small fan.
