Villa Emilia front sea

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was extremely clean, fully equipped, and felt truly luxurious. It was clear that the host thought of every little detail—there were even board games and a beach umbrella for us to use. The pool was huge and so much fun, and the sea views were absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Nicky, our host, who was super helpful and kind with everything we needed. We also really appreciated having house cleaning provided during our stay.

Just a couple of small things to note: There was some noise from the nearby airport. In the master bedroom (which is a gallery layout), light easily gets in during the morning. There are curtains, but because the space isn't fully enclosed, light still filters through. If you are sensitive to light like me, it's worth bringing an eye mask.

We had a wonderful week at Emilia, an aesthetic Villa inside & out. So many seating spaces to enjoy the views and chill out. Very clean throughout and had several visits from cleaners to refresh. We wanted to relax so we ate at the Villa each evening on the large balcony dining area which is an amazing view across the ocean, the views and privacy made it very appealing. And the local supermarkets were very well stocked (we are Vegan & there were very impressive plant based options, we didn’t miss out on anything) The pool and outdoor decking areas are wonderful social spaces. We are a family of 4 and our teen kids were very happy with the beautiful pool that is an excellent size and a lovely design. Niki our host was very welcoming and friendly and seemed a lovely person, her communication was excellent and she made us feel relaxed and supported. My kids used the tennis/basketball court just a stones throw away and a safe space. Short walk down to the lovely sandy beach, we are fairly fit and did it in 5 mins. But there is plenty of parking at the beach if you aren’t confident in walking up & downhill. Car hire is recommended for sure. I can’t see how you would stay without use of a car for short journeys like transfers/shop trips and visits out & about. I hope this helps you decide on your holiday! Best wishes… Ps, if you do visit and see a small grey & white cat with a white tipped tail and paws. Please give her a fuss from me. She was the most characterful cat I’ve ever met. But she is clever and will know to keep her distance if you’re not interested! But if you love cats, she is a special gal :) I hope to have a reunion with her and this lovely Villa one day soon.

Leaving was really sad for me. I should have booked 2 weeks!

Lovely, modern, good sized villa - we are a family of 5 and loads of space - amazing location on kalathas beach which is a short walk down from the villa. Pool a great size and equally amazing views from it. Kept clean with cleaners twice per week who did a great job. The communication from Niki the house manager was second to none - always on hand to answer any questions and go above and beyond to help.

Amazing Villa with stunning views of the sea particularly at sunset. Excellent facilities including a large swimming pool that kept 4 children entertained for a week. The host Niki was mega helpful and answered any questions within minutes.

Wider choice of restaurants within walking distance but no fault of the villa. Plenty of choice a short drive away.
