Super emplacement, centre en moins de 5 minutes et plages à 10 minutes, tout cela à pied. Extérieur sympathique mais demande à être un peu plus soigné, tout comme l'intérieur qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'un ménage extérieur fait de temps en temps.
Commun un peu bruyant et route assez passante. Un bon coup de ménage est à revoir pour que l'ensemble paraisse plus soigné.
