About this house rental
Holiday Berlin Country-own holiday home between forest and water, but still within the Berlin city limits. Two rooms plus bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen to a total of 40sqm and 200sqm garden with rest and barbecue.
location
The house fine arbor located in Berlin's Rahnsdorf. For everyday necessities some bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a newsagent are within 10-15 minutes. The lake with a beach, a small bar and boat rental bike less than 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is around 5-7 minutes walk, the next tram station in 15 minutes and the S Bahn in 15-20 minutes. All stations connect Rahnsdorf to the next place Friedrichshagen, invite in the cafes, restaurants, a shopping street, a promenade by the lake to stay. Tram and suburban railway line are a fast and convenient way to Köpenick or to the city center of Berlin. Koepenick be reached in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn, the Alexanderplatz in about 35 minutes.
The fine arbor itself lies among pine trees in a beautiful garden on the rear portion of land which is built on to the front with a small detached house - the gardens are in the middle separated by garden houses, so privacy is guaranteed.

The fine arbor was completely renovated in 2016 and has a cozy style on. It offers a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room as a walk-through room and a bedroom, which has its own access to the garden, so that any guests in the living room can remain undisturbed. The house is fully equipped with real wood flooring and is heated by infrared heaters Hybrid. In addition, our guests have two bikes, the garden and a parking space for the car in front of the premises.
The kitchen
The kitchen offers the dining area for 4 people a view of the garden and is equipped with a kitchenette. An induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine are available as well as a basic equipment for cooking and eating - including a small supply of coffee, tea, spices, dishwashing and laundry detergents.
The Bad
Daylight and tiles in the style of antique cement tiles make the bathroom very cozy. It is equipped with a rain shower, a toilet and a washstand. The hot water is supplied via a memory. Also in the bathroom everything is ready for your arrival: quality soap, shower gel and shampoo are available as well as towels or a hairdryer.
The living room
A comfortable couch, two armchairs, satellite TV and a lovely ambience are looking forward to your arrival - from here you can look into the garden ideal to enjoy or you retire. The couch can be converted, if required as a sofa bed with a few simple steps. then provides a 110cm * 190cm large sunbathing area. Of course, premium bedding and linens included.
The bedroom
The antique dresser you offers plenty of space and storage space for clothes and suitcases. The comfortable box spring branded FBF is ready for your comfortable sleep. Linen is naturally present and is changed once a week as well as the towels. You want to see in the garden enjoy or walk directly into it? No problem: the bedroom has a direct door to the garden. Should you prefer still want a little TV, then this is no problem. Again, there is a television with satellite channels, ready for you.
The garden
Pure nature with many herbs, plants and flowers you can enjoy either of the aligned for 4 people dining area with wooden chairs and table, on the lawn in Adirondack deck chairs and barbecue area. The grill you is on the time of your stay also available we. The small side roof where can be easily dry laundry in the fresh air

Tolles Ferienhäuschen für Zwei. Sehr individuell und mit Bedacht eingerichtet. Aufmerksame Betreuung. Nur zu empfehlen. Man hat Beides: Die Ruhe und Entspannung einer Gartensiedlung und die Anregung der Großstadt Berlin.

Très agréable maison avec jardin ombragé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Ideal pour se reposer, profiter des ballades sur les canaux de la "nouvelle Venise" et le long du lac Muggelsee tout en alternant avec les visites du centre de Berlin à 1/2h en S-Bahn.
Acceuil très sympathique et attentif de Arne et Alex.
Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location.

Alles, was andere Besucher schon an dieser Stelle geschrieben haben, können wir nur bestätigen. Schönes Haus, angenehme Umgebung, sympathische Gastgeber, da passt alles zusammen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit anderen Berlin-Urlaubern empfehlen - was wir tatsächlich auch schon getan haben.

We had a very nice time in Feine Laube. Arne & Alex were very easy to communicate with. We loved the surrounding (forest & Müggensee) and the two bikes! The bed is very comfortable.
