About this house rental

Log cottage situated on clear water Lake Porontima. 38 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 15 km, Lake Pikku-Porontima 30 m, gently sloping partly sanded mud bottom, a pier.

Log cottage, built in 1998, bedroom 1: double bed, loft (30 m², sloping ceilings, highest point more than 170 cm): double bed, 3 beds and baby crib. Combined kitchen and living room, electric sauna, toilet.

Additional equipment: Rowing boat and life jackets. Campfire site and outdoor shelter at the yard. The cottage has an air source heat pump.

Baby crib is located on the loft. Guest can bring it also downstairs, but please return it to the original place before leaving.

Idyllic location by the lake in the forest, secluded and with great amenities like a fire pit and gazebo. Close to good shopping in Ruka and opportunities to see reindeer from the kitchen window. Proximity to Oulanka National Park allows for beautiful hiking experiences.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch am See im Wald. Andere Unterkünfte kann man nur vom See aus sehen, es liegt daher sehr einsam. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle und einen Pavillon im Außenbereich. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Ruka. Wir waren eine Woche dort (4 Erwachsene). Vom Küchenfenster aus konnten wir einige Rentiere sehen. Zum Oulanka Nationalpark ist es ebenfalls nicht weit, hier sind schöne Tages- oder mehrtägige Wandertouren möglich.
