In this gorgeous penthouse in. 2 OG you will fall in love immediately. The wonderful Salzburger Land house was renovated in 2014/2015 very large and luxurious, energetically optimized and expanded. Equipped with an old wood floor apartment is an extremely comfortable home for you, to you, for yourself. B. be happy again after a full day in the nature or after a trip to Salzburg. Of course you can also enjoy the beautiful views of the Lattengebirge with pulpit or on the Hochstaufen and Zwiesel from the large balcony.
Offers in the beautiful nature there are in this fantastic location (Berchtesgaden, Salzburg) countless. Or enjoy the city of Salzburg with a virtually inexhaustible cultural events (to the festival in the Old Town, take the car about 20-25 minutes).

Nice accomodation, very nice vieuw from the balcony and Ulrich responded very quick! The weather was not very nice but we had a great time in Grossgmain!

Es stimmte alles bei unserem Aufenthalt in Großgmain: angefangen bei dem überaus netten und zuverlässigen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der wunderschönen, gemütlichen Wohnung mit dem herrlichen Blick in die Berge, der Umgebung, die ja jeden Tag etwas Spannendes zu bieten hatte, dem Wetter, das genügend Regen, aber auch immer Sonne im Gepäck hatte bis hin zum nahegelegenen Salzburg zur Festspielzeit.
3 Wochen haben wir jeden einzelnen Tag genossen - und es war immer noch zu kurz.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.

Würden von sehr freundlichem Vermieter begrüßt. Die ausserst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im 2.OG. Die Lage an der deutsch-österreichischen Grenze bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Mit dem Hund kann der Thumsee, der Wolfgangsee und die Almbachklamm empfohlen werden. Bei Regenwetter war die salzhaltige Rupertustherme in Bad Reichenhall empfohlen werden.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzaufenthalt.
