About this house rental
The house is located on the river "Jolan". On the property with the cute outbuildings you can regularly see roe deer.
The large meadows are full of butterflies in summer. In the river you can see beaver, red-throated diver and sometimes even a moose. The house consists of two parts. The actual house is two-storey and contains the large kitchen and three bedrooms. In the new part is the spacious living room with the bathroom and sauna area and the fourth bedroom. The whole house can be heated electrically. However, there are three wood stoves on the ground floor with which one gets just on days without sun :) everything chubby warm. Only 200 meters away are our canoes with which you can drive on the lake "Badasjön".
The lake offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You can paddle directly to the beach or just relax and enjoy nature. The river is just 30 meters from the house. There are pikes, perch, roach, crayfish and red feathers. If you want to catch larger fish or salmon and trout you can always find a challenging fishing spot around Torsby. But beware, most lakes require a fishing license.
If you are overwhelmed by the silence, you can drive to the city of Torsby. It is about 15km away. There is everything you need in it. From the supermarket to the indoor pool to a large modern hospital everything is available

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Värmland, den uns Dirk trotz der super kurzfristigen Buchung ermöglicht hat. Viele Dank nochmal dafür. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kamin im Wohnzimmer und top ausgestatteter Küche. Draußen kann man Feuer machen, grillen und bei Regen auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Im Fluss hinterm Haus konnten wir eine Bieberfamilie beobachten und mehrerer Hechte fangen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus liegt abseits der meisten Menschen an einem kleinen Fluss. Dazu gehört eine tolle Terasse mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Garten stehen Fahrräder parat und man hat die Möglichkeit ein Feuer zu machen. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schön und bietet großzügig Platz. Im Haus gibt es mehrere Kamine und eine Sauna. In der Umgebung haben uns besonders die Wandermöglichkeiten gefreut. Bratfallet, Hövfjallet und der 7 Torpsleden sind tolle Routen. Bis Oslo ist auch nur ein Tagesausflug. Weiter im Norden (ca. 3 Stunden) kann man den großen Wasserfall im Fulufjallet Nationalpark bestaunen. In der Gegend gibt es den Moosepark, mit einem ganz tollen Guide der einem ganz viel zur Lebensweise der Elche aber auch zur Lebensweise der Schweden erzählen kann. in Karmenkynna einer ehemaligen finnischen Siedlung kann man ganz tolles Motti und Fläsk zu sich nehmen. Für uns War es ein rundum gelungener Ausflug!

Objekt war an manchen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt (Dusche, WC).
Haus ist an sich gut ausgestattet mit Inventar, und auch vom Layout gut geeignet für zwei Familien, jedoch müsste an einigen Stellen in Wartung investiert werden.
Kommunikation teilweise etwas schleppend (zu lange antwortzeiten)
Es fehlt eine infomappe, sodass viele Details mühsam erfragt werden müssen.
