Holiday Finca with Old Windmill Tower in Mallorca

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll schlicht eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern. Der Pool wurde jede Woche gereinigt und auch sämtliche Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Entfernung zum Stadtkern in Santanyí beträgt mit dem Auto ca. 5min. Wunderschöne Badebuchten sind auch innerhalb von 10-30min erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen...

The property was very basic inside with the bare minimum provided. No maid during our stay, outside area and terraces covered in berries from the trees, no garden maintenance to clear this up - just left so I cleared it. No change of bed linen during our 10 days, so I washed. Towels were dumped on Sunday and left by the front door. Pool maitenance twice during our stay so that was ok. I broke one glass whilst away and then received a lengthy email from VillasCalaDor accusing myself and two children on breaking plates, many glasses, staining furniture and generally accusing us of things we simply did not do! Sent an invoice for £170.00 of which I then responded with my feedback, to which they didn't reply or acknowledge but instead chased for damages we did not do. I will not be returning. In other feedback there is no parasols round the pool area for shade, there are no pool towels provided, there is no maid service, no bed linen change, no outside comfortable furniture and a very bare uncared for garden with hundreds of berries on the terraces which no on attends too. Overall very disappointing especially the service received and comments after!!!
