Property had some nice facilities and interior was largely quite tasteful. Host arrived for key pick up time promptly, but it felt like a hurried handover.

Property quite tired with aspects such as missing pool tiles, cracked glass, non-functioning washing machine. Main issue was extra costs were poorly articulated. E.g. solely cited extra cost for aircon, not any and all electricity usage. Damage deposit being accepted in cash is fine. Paypal is an alternative deposit method, but irresponsible to request for Friends and Family payment as no consumer protection and counter to PayPals Terms of Service. To be penalised for that was also disappointing. For ~£600 per night this villa did not feel value for money when comparing to other properties we have stayed at for the same/lower price.
